L/L Research Shipping Policy

Our store ships products out via the United States Postal Service. The category of mail that we ship to you is called "Media Mail". You may read about it more, here.

Your purchased items should arrive within 4 – 8 days. (1 – 3 days to ship the item; 2 – 6 days for USPS to deliver the order.

Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with something that you have purchased through L/L Research, we would be more than happy to refund you the money if the item(s) are returned within 30 days of receiving your order, less the cost of shipping and handling.

To return an item, please contact us to notify us that you would like to return something. We will then provide you the necessary shipping information to return the product back to us. Please note, you will be responsible for any postage required for returning the product.
