Homecoming Gathering

An L/L Research Event

September 11-14, 2025

L/L Research is happy to announce its annual Homecoming Gathering in Kentucky. 

Homecoming is a moment when those of like-heart, often somewhat isolated in their spiritual seeking, can come together to share themselves openly and authentically. We hope to see you, and we wish you every ounce of wellness in your life as we walk side by side in support of the birth of a new Earth.

Cost
The total cost for this event is all-inclusive. It includes:

• Eleven nutrition-packed, super delicious meals: Dinner Thursday; Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday–Sunday; and Breakfast Monday morning.
• Snacks and beverages
• Event space and tuition

Cost breakdown:

• $413 that covers all production costs, including venue fee and all food and drinks
• $82 for tuition

Additional potential costs:

• $100 for onsite lodging for four nights if staying onsite
• $40 for airport shuttle from and to LEX airport if needed

Our philosophy in setting the price of events is based on a desire to make these gatherings as accessible as possible while ensuring all material event-specific expenses are covered.

The costs of renting the venue, meals, and travel are the determining contributors of the event’s price. The many staff hours invested into each gathering are not factored.

Therefore, the tuition fee, though it doesn't cover fully staff hours, plays a helpful role in supporting L/L Research’s sustainability. Gatherings are not a significant source of revenue and, at times, results in a net financial loss for L/L Research.

If you would like to attend but would be prohibited by financial limitation, we have scholarships available. Please contact us to ask.

And if you are interested in contributing towards scholarships (very helpful that), we have a scholarship fund for helping others.

Airport Transportation
Arrivals: Last shuttle from the airport will be Thursday at be 3:30pm sharp.
Departures: We can offer return shuttle to the airport only on Monday morning.

Cancellations
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations up to August 11. After that point, a 50% refund will be issued if the spot can be filled.

Terrapin Hill Farm will comfortably host a circle of 65 seekers. You can book your registration by answering the questions on this page and clicking “Add to cart.”
