L/L Research is happy to announce its annual Homecoming Gathering in Kentucky. 

Homecoming is a moment when those of like-heart, often somewhat isolated in their spiritual seeking, can come together to share themselves openly and authentically. We hope to see you, and we wish you every ounce of wellness in your life as we walk side by side in support of the birth of a new Earth.

COST
The total cost for this event is all-inclusive. It includes:

• Eleven nutrition-packed, super delicious meals: Dinner Thursday; Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday–Sunday; and Breakfast Monday morning
• Snacks and beverages
• Event space and tuition
  

Cost structure:

• Base cost ($295): This covers all production, venue, and catering costs.
• Tuition ($255): This is the only portion of your payment that provides revenue to L/L Research and helps sustain our work, though this does not fully fund the staff time that goes into creating and hosting the event.

Additional potential costs:

• $100 for onsite lodging for four nights if staying onsite
• $50 for airport shuttle from and to LEX airport if needed
  

Our pricing philosophy is guided by a desire to make gatherings as accessible as possible while covering the material expenses specific to each event. Venue rental, catering, travel, and supplies are the primary factors in determining cost. The many staff hours devoted to planning and hosting are not included in the fee. Even so, tuition contributes meaningfully to L/L Research’s sustainability, particularly in a year when the organization is expected to face a significant budget deficit. While gatherings often operate at a net financial loss, they remain essential to our mission and to the community we serve.

If you would like to attend but would be prohibited by financial limitation, we have scholarships available. Please contact us to ask.

And if you are interested in contributing towards scholarships (very helpful that), we have a scholarship fund for helping others.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Arrivals: Last shuttle from the airport will be Thursday at be 3:00pm sharp.
Departures: We can offer return shuttle to the airport only on Monday morning.

NOTE: We can only offer airport transfers to LEX on Monday morning from Terrapin Hill itself. If you are offsite without a vehicle, it is necessary to hitch a ride back to Terrapin on Monday morning. In light of the many attendees with cars, this should be able to be arranged.

CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations up to April 14. After that point, a 50% refund will be issued if the spot can be filled.
